- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The surgery was good, but their system malfunctioned for one of my visits and showed I didn't have a PCP. So they decided to wait four months after my surgery to bill me for the visit. They told me it's on me to fix it and get my insurance to cover it. That it said I didn't have a Pcp and even though it was their fault for accepting me as a patient I was still the one that had to fix it. I've had a PCP for two years now. They were not helpful in the situation at all. They kept sending me notices in the mail saying my payments were late but I wasn't notified til the bill was more than four months overdue. Tried fixing it and they still waited a month to tell me it didn't work. I finally just started a payment plan to get it paid so I would never have to deal with them again. I'd rather drive to Little Rock or somewhere else than deal with this awful clinic.March 23, 2017by cello mello
