  I absolutely love this clinic. I've been reading all of the bad reviews but I have never once had a problem with them. We have been going here since my son was born last November, and originally started seeing a specific doctor and I can't remember her name at the moment, but we ended up having to switch to seeing Dr. Wingfield because of scheduling conflicts on my end. The ladies that handle the scheduling are always willing to work with me so that I can see our usual doctor. The nurses are always super friendly and very gentle and loving towards my son. Also, I have read some terrible things specifically about Dr. Southerland. I have seen her a handful of times when I have had to do a walk in for my son, and she has always been a delight. Never rude. And actually seems like she remembers my son even though she has only seen him a handful of times and isn't his usual doctor. I think the longest I've ever waited in the lobby is 30 mins tops and that was on a walk in day. I feel terrible that this clinic has such poor reviews because they truly are a wonderful place and you can tell they all actually enjoy their jobs. Hopefully this helps change some people's minds about going here.

  Dr. Sutherland is very rude. She never let's you talk and if your child's grandmother is trying to tell her something she says "let the mother talk". While you're talking she just says "uh huh. Uh huh." 20 times in the middle of your sentences. Its beyond rude and annoying. One time she did that to me right after asking me about my son's heart defects. She was walking backwards as I was talking and slid out the door and closed it. We sat for at least 10 minutes waiting for her. I walked out and asked if she was coming back and the nurse said no. So as we were leaving she started yelling questions at us down the hallway. I don't recommend her at all. She also shamed and laughed at me because my daughter is double her birth weight at 2 and a half months. We switched to Dr. Killingsworth. He's very pleasant and very kind. He actually listens to you and is very laid back yet interested in what you have to say. We've only seen him twice and somehow got switched back to Sutherland. However, the nurses are all very sweet.
